Tasting Dinner “Kazimierskie Wzgórza – Polish Wine Without Complexes” 5 Wines + 5 Dishes
We invite you to the premier tasting dinner at Helisa Cafe, where we will get to know the wines of Kazimierskie Wzgórza Winery.
The head chef will prepare a special five-course tasting menu for this evening, pairing each dish with a different wine. The glasses will feature fresh, light styles, as well as Chardonnay aged in barrels, Zweigelt, and sparkling wines. The evening will be hosted by Jarek Baranowski – Sales Director and Head Sommelier of Kazimierskie Wzgórza. He will talk about the wines, their creation, and their place of origin – but above all, he will help show how they change when paired with food.
This will be an evening about Polish wine without complexes: about terroir, specific plots, traditional methods, conscious work in the vineyard, and about how quickly the quality and ambition of Polish winemaking are changing today.
