Piwna47 x Dom Jantoń – Tasting Dinner

Dom Jantoń Winery invites you to a unique evening full of refined flavors and excellent wine. The tasting will be led by Beata Janto, one of the few people in Poland with an enology diploma obtained in France and the only one who combined this knowledge with a diploma from the prestigious Parisian culinary school Le Cordon Bleu.
Program and Menu:
- Amuse bouche: Carabineros shrimp, green apple, avocado
- Starter I: Trout, caviar, tarragon, buttermilk, lemongrass
- Starter II: Partridge, fermented carrot, celery, sunflower
- Main course: Venison loin, blackberries, red cabbage / celery, cherry
- Dessert: Pear, meringue, gingerbread
