Picnic with Grape Harvest

Białe Skały Vineyard invites you to the Picnic with Grape Harvest, taking place on Saturday, September 26, at 1:00 PM. The event is located in the Białe Skały Winery section just next to Hotel Poziom 511, with which the winery creates a coherent enotourism concept.

Together we will start the most important moment of the season. We will check the ripeness and sugar level in the grapes, and then with secateurs and baskets we will go between the rows of vines. Grape harvest is a good opportunity to look behind the scenes of the winery and talk with our founders and sommeliers.

During the picnic, Izabela Kamińska @unitedstatesoftaste – journalist, sommelier and author of the book “Wild Yeasts” – will lead a sensory workshop dedicated to the history of scent, perfumes and the art of tasting.

After the harvest, you will be waiting for a common table, local food from Restaurant 511, wine from Białe Skały and live music.
