Gryf Winery invites you to a unique culinary event, “Cooking at the Vineyard,” taking place on November 11, 2026. Guests will have the opportunity to taste original dishes prepared under the supervision of Michał Podulski, a participant of the MasterChef program. The organizer combines a passion for wine with the true magic of flavors, guaranteeing a colorful and delicious atmosphere.
The tasting program includes:
- Fried shrimp with garlic and podkorki in a sauce made of white wine and butter
- Grilled olives in oranges and orange wine
- Goose breast served on celery puree with a sauce made of red wine and plums
- Baked apple with a sauce made of butter and rosé wine, along with mascarpone
The event will take place at Gryf Winery in Pszczołki (Pomeranian Voivodeship). The number of places is limited, so early reservation is required. Reservations can be made via email: winnica.gryf@gmail.com.
