Winnica Fredrówka
Fredrówka Vineyard is a picturesque winery located in Odrzykoń, Podkarpackie Voivodeship, within the buffer zone of the Czarnorzecko-Strzyżowski Landscape Park, adjacent to Kamieniec Castle, the setting for Aleksander Fredro's "Zemsta." The vineyard spans 2.2 hectares on a south-facing slope, providing optimal conditions for grape ripening. Cultivated varieties include Seyval Blanc, Leon Millot, Hibernal, Johanniter, Jutrzenka, Muscaris, Solaris, Cabernet Cortis, Regent, and Souvignier Gris. Fredrówka's wines are known for their fruitiness and harmony, ranging from dry to semi-sweet. The production process emphasizes meticulous attention to detail, with hand-picking and selection of grapes.
HISTORY OF Winnica Fredrówka
Established in 2018, Fredrówka Vineyard benefited from its favorable south-facing slope and unique microclimate, prompting the owners to plant the initial grapevines. Over the subsequent years, the vineyard expanded its cultivation area to 2.2 hectares. In 2020, Winnica Fredrówka Sp. z o.o. was officially registered, with Andrzej Bobusia appointed as the president of the board. The first wines were introduced to the market in 2021, receiving positive feedback.
