Goose, Wine and Jazz: Tasting Dinner with Kazimierskie Wzgórza Winery
Dwór Zaścianek invites guests to a unique culinary and musical experience: a tasting dinner featuring goose, wine pairing, and a live jazz concert. The event will take place on Saturday, November 7, at 6:00 PM at Dwór Zaścianek in Podlasie. Guests can enjoy a menu dedicated to goose, including rillettes, carpaccio with half-smoked goose, confit legs, and goose pâtés, paired with selected wines.
The special guest is Kazimierskie Wzgórza Winery, and the wine pairing will be led by the renowned winemaker Marek Rak, who is also co-owner of the winery. Participants can choose a dinner package with 3 glasses of wine for 350 PLN/person or a non-alcoholic version for 250 PLN/person. An additional wine tasting before dinner costs 100 PLN/person.
