Goose & Wine

Kazimierskie Wzgórza Winery and Strefa Kulinarna invite guests to an original dinner inspired by the tradition of St. Martin’s goose. The event takes place at one long table, offering conversations with creators, six culinary courses, and six perfectly paired wines.

The evening will be hosted by Sebastian Kurant, Head Chef of Strefa Kulinarna, and Jarosław Baranowski, Head Sommelier of Kazimierskie Wzgórza. Bogumiła and Marek Rak, the owners of the winery, will also participate in the event.

Program and tasting menu:

• Pâté with crumble (goose pâté, dark chocolate, cherry, thyme) – Preludium Cuvée Classique Brut NV
• Goose lard (bread, oyster mushroom, apple) – Riesling & Roter Riesling Brut 2024
• Goose knuckles (potato sausage, roasted onion sauce, thyme, marjoram) – Riesling & Roter Riesling 2024
• Consommé from roasted goose (tortellini with goose confit, root vegetables, herbs) – Cabernet Cortis Blanc de Noir 2024
• Goose breast (lazy dumplings, red cabbage, apple, marjoram, sherry vinegar) – Zweigelt Classique 2024
• Fried sekacz (burnt butter, pear, milk, honey) – Ciao! Frizzante Blanc

• Date and time: Saturday, November 14, 2026, 19:00–22:00
• Location: Kazimierskie Wzgórza Winery, Wylągi 35, 24-120 Kazimierz Dolny
• Price: 499 PLN/person (includes 6 courses and unlimited wine). A 0% option is available for non-drinkers.
• Transport: A wine bus departs from the parking lot at Rynek 7 at 18:30. Return from the winery is around 22:15. The ride costs 30 PLN/person (payable to the driver) and requires seat reservation.
