ABC Wines #34 – de Lewin Winery
Organizer of “ABC of Wine” invites you to meet de Lewin Winery. This time we take you to Western Pomerania, to the picturesque Trzebaw in the buffer zone of the Ińsko Landscape Park. It is there that Ryszard de Lewin Lewiński together with his wife Halina created a family winery, where passion for nature meets enological knowledge and a modern approach to winemaking.
On 5 hectares grow up to 7 grape varieties – from Solaris, Muscaris and Chardonnay, through Pinot Noir, to Regent and Cabernet Cortis. Still and sparkling wines are made from them, showing different faces of Polish winemaking. During ABC Wines #34 we will learn about the history of de Lewin Winery, the people who created it, and of course it will not be without wine tasting.
